Okay I’ve said this a dozen times before, but to the people hating on IchiRuki shippers in the Bleach tag right now just please have a seat.

Let people fangirl if they want. If this was your ship and you were in the same position, wouldn’t you be reacting the same? 

They’re not hurting anyone by making parallels and being happy over the latest chapter. So just let them be happy… Because they have every right to be, as does anyone else when it comes to their ship.

You shouldn’t, however, have the right to bring these people down by shoving every variation of “you’re overthinking it” down their throats.

It’s obviously assumed that every supporter of a ship, no matter what they truly believe, is assumed to be a generic asshole IchiRuki/IchiHime (& all the in between) shipper. Who when something like this happens automatically jump on the opposing ship like: “HAH, IN YOUR FACE ___ SHIPPER. THAT’S THE SOUND OF CANONS. CAN YOU HEAR IT? OH THAT’S RIGHT, YOU CAN’T HEAR MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN.” … From what I’ve seen, there hasn’t been any of that going on… in fact, most people in the IchiRuki tags are just happy. They’re not claiming that their OTP is now canon, nor are they turning it around to use as countersupport for another ship. Granted, they’re not all innocent either. Hell, some of them are assholes and are giving the rest of us a bad name. But because of those few select individuals, the rest of them are getting labeled as bitches for just posting our feels in the Bleach tag. And that’s not fair at all.

Personally, I don’t think this makes IchiRuki any more or less canon. (I’m a pretty big IR shipper, if you weren’t already aware.) But even so, there are still other people trying to bring my spirits down just for the sole reason that I’m happy with this chapter. I just don’t understand why…? Am I not allowed to be happy? Or is it just because I’m one of “them”? -.-

And you people wonder why there are ship wars, why this fandom is so messed up. What goes around comes around, people. Treat others the way you want to treated… >.>

you know, when i first discovered tumblr and all the awesome people who shared the same interests as me that i could spaz with, i was pumped. but this— people in the bleach fandom in particular have gotten so arrogant and immature that i dont know man, idk if i can handle it anymore. 

i cant say that all of you are 100% guilty. but probably like half of you guys are just so out of line it’s disgusting. ship what the fuck you want, okay? it fine. decent human beings wont judge you. but when you take something that supports your ship and use it DIRECTLY TO BASH ANOTHER, you just crossed the line homie. 

another thing i cant stand, though its not as detrimental as the straight up boorish, pompous assholes, is the people who think their so fucking innocent. yet they go around making posts about how uncanon their anti-ship as and how stupid the other anti-shippers are. jesus. you’re not any better than the annoying “JFDLSAFJD OMFG EYE SEX OFMDSKALGDJAD HE TOUCHED HER SHOULDER HE LOVES HER” people. 

like i said before, ship what you want. okay?
